Phone-free adventures for everyday life
100 phone-free challenges to help you reclaim your time, reconnect with the world around you, and fill your days with things worth remembering.
The average person spends 60 full days a year on their phone.
Offline Adventures is about how to claim those days back, and what to do with them instead.
100 phone-free challenges that get you out of your apps and into your actual life. Some take five minutes. Some take a whole day. All of them are better than scrolling.
This isn't a detox and it's not a programme. Dip in whenever you want a reason to put the phone down, and leave it alone when you don't. It works however you use it.
The Your Space pages let you record each adventure, when you did it, where you went, and how it felt doing it. A record of the times you chose real life over your screen.
Offline Adventures is divided into ten parts, each with a different focus. Dip in wherever feels right, work through them in order, or open at random. There's no wrong way to use it.
Inside you'll find gentle first steps, adventures to share with someone else, ways to get outside and explore, moments of mindfulness, big energy days, creative sparks, acts of kindness, adventures you can do without leaving home, ways to rewild your routine, and bigger challenges for when you're ready to go further.
Every adventure comes with its own Your Space page, with room to write, sketch, reflect and record how it felt.
Most of us have no idea. Slide to your daily average and find out.
